Pride Center of Vermont’s Health and Wellness Program

Pride Center of Vermont is a small agency serving one of the largest marginalized populations in Vermont.

For many years, LGBTQ communities have fought hard to win equal rights and societal respect.   issues of anti discrimination to marriage equality, we have taken to the streets in protest, built coalitions, and advocated with legislators. It worked. Now, it’s time to turn our attention to our health and wellness.

Research has suggested that LGBTQ individuals face health disparities linked to societal stigma, discrimination and denial of their civil and human rights.

Pride Center of Vermont is now offering Smoking Cessation programs either one-on-one and/or in a group. For more information contact Mike@pridecentervt.org
