SAVOY THEATER HOSTS BENEFIT FOR PEOPLE WITH AIDS COALITION
On January 19th, The Savoy Theater (at 26 Main Street, Montpelier, Vt) will host an opening-night event featuring the highly anticipated film “Call Me By Your Name” to benefit the Vermont People With AIDS Coalition (VTPWAC).
The evening will include a reception at 4:30 PM in the Downstairs theater followed by the feature film presentation at 5:30 PM and at 8:00 PM.
The critically acclaimed film, about the relationship between a research assistant and his mentor’s son, stars Armie Hammer and Timothée Chalamet. The reception will include hors d’oeuvres and a cash bar. Tickets are limited, so advanced reservations are encouraged. Prices are $7.50 - $9.75 and are available online at www.savoytheater.com.
The Vermont PWA Coalition is a peer led statewide network of people living with HIV/AIDS. The Coalition puts on a yearly retreat, provides information and support, and advocates for access to treatment, and services throughout the state. The Coalition is also the consumer voice for State and Federal programs serving the HIV community. Donations of any size are welcome and 100% of funds will go directly to the VTPWAC.
